Avalon grew up in Naples and graduated from Gulf Coast HS. After high school, Avalon went off to North Carolina to play division 2 collegiate volleyball at Lees McRae College where she studied Biology Health Sciences. Later went to chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic and now she is currently practicing as a Chiropractor in the Naples area. Avalon has loved coffee since high school and has worked in coffee shops and bakeries throughout college were she was a barista. Since then she has dreamed about opening up a coffee shop that allows the community to come together to share conversation and great coffee.

For Avalon, it's not the right time to open a coffee shop but she wanted to get started sooner than later. She started researching how to roast coffee at home and there was a lightbulb moment where she realized, this was how she could start her journey towards owning her own coffee shop.

So she did....Welcome to the beginning of Avalon's Coffee House.
